Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is in-network with numerous payers. Patients covered by an in-network plan must pay their copayment prior to their visit. The copayment can be paid using the pre-check link sent by text and email 48 hours prior to the appointment, by visiting the kiosk in the lobby upon arrival, or at the front desk prior to the appointment.

If a patient is covered by an Out of Network plan, the patient will need to pay for their services in full.

KOC is out of network for Ambetter Health.

The insurance payer is the best way to identify whether a plan is in- or out- of network. Log into the payer website or call the number on the insurance card to inquire about network status.
