I can now travel and enjoy life pain-free!! I can work out in a gym with no restrictions. My surgeries were in December 2022 and July 2023. I was doing great with my weight until my mother passed unexpectedly in November 2024. I put on some weight over the next year. I was still guarded with my knees and unsure how much I could do. A photo taken in December 2025 changed me very quickly and got me back on...
