Thanks to Dr. Brian Tonne, I can take care of my beautiful 4-month-old daughter! When I stepped out of the house and twisted my ankle, resulting in my fifth broken metatarsal at 30 weeks pregnant, my world was just as shattered as my foot. I never thought I’d be walking again before my baby was born.

Dr. Tonne performed an ORIF surgery – that stands for open reduction and internal fixation – and operated on me AWAKE. He put my foot back together while exercising complete care of me and my unborn baby with the help of UT. I waddled into labor and delivery, where my daughter was born at exactly 40 weeks on her due date, walking completely unassisted and fully healed.
