Ciara Uphoff

A former athlete herself, Ciara discovered athletic training after an injury during her freshman year of high school and developed a lasting passion for the field. She attended Union College, where she played basketball and earned her undergraduate degree in exercise science in 2024. She then remained at Union College, completing her master’s degree in athletic training in 2025.

Ciara is the athletic trainer at Concord Christian School. She finds fulfillment in helping her athletes on and off the field, while also being able to help them grow in their own relationships with God.

When she is not at Concord, Ciara loves running, working out, going to new places with her husband, Walker, and helping in her church and community.
