Jacob T. Zalewski

Dr. Jacob Zalewski is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement. He is dedicated to helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most through personalized, evidence-based care.

A native of Cookeville, Tennessee, Dr. Zalewski earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Sewanee: The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee, before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the renowned Campbell Clinic through The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, followed by advanced fellowship training in adult reconstruction at Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic in Alexandria, Virginia.

Dr. Zalewski’s approach to care centers on listening to patients, understanding their goals, and developing individualized treatment plans that align with their lifestyle and needs.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Zalewski enjoys spending time with his wife, Erynn, and their two golden retrievers, Winnie and Goose. He also enjoys hiking, playing golf, snowboarding, and cheering on the Tennessee Vols and the Nashville Predators.
