Drew Standifer

Drew Standifer, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopaedic rehabilitation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience from King University, where he competed as a collegiate basketball player, before earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Marshall University.
Drew's experience as a collegiate athlete shaped his passion for helping others recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy most. Whether working with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, or individuals recovering from orthopaedic injuries, he understands the physical and mental challenges that accompany rehabilitation and is committed to helping each patient move with greater confidence.
Drew's approach to physical therapy combines evidence-based practice with thoughtful clinical reasoning and a genuine commitment to each patient's goals. He emphasizes movement optimism, strength and conditioning principles, and individualized treatment plans that recognize the many factors influencing pain and recovery. Drew considers each patient's movement patterns, lifestyle, goals, and personal circumstances while building strong relationships through clear communication and collaborative goal setting. He is dedicated to staying current with the latest research to ensure his patients receive high-quality, evidence-informed care while integrating the value of clinical experience into every treatment plan.
Outside the clinic, Drew enjoys hiking, coaching youth sports, training for triathlons, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
