Annemarie Gray developed an interest in orthopaedics in childhood, having two parents in the medical field. She enjoys treating patients with total joint replacements, geriatric patients and casual athletes. She strives to help others in a positive way through exercise and wellness, and successful patient outcomes bring her the greatest satisfaction.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from the University of Tennessee, and a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from University of Tennessee Health Science Center. She is a Graston Technique therapy provider, trained in the McKenzie Method for cervical and lumbar spine and completed training in manual therapy with The Ola Grimsby Institute. She joined Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic in 2019.

A Knoxville native, Annemarie has four adult children and strives to make exercise and fitness a daily priority. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading and cooking.
