Chi (Tommy) Chu is from Sevierville, Tennessee, and he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from The University of Tennessee. He went on to obtain his Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University in 2023. Tommy’s interest in orthopaedics stems from his passion for sports, math, and science. After years in orthopaedic trauma surgery, Tommy is now excited to work with hand, wrist and upper extremity surgeon Dr. Joshua Moss.

Calling Knoxville his home and being an alumni of UT, he is an avid Vols fan and enjoys fishing, watching sports, trying different cuisines, and spending time with his friends and family.
