Alaina McConkey

Alaina appreciates the hands-on nature of orthopaedics and physical medicine and rehabilitation and enjoys helping patients regain function, mobility and quality of life. While helping patients make meaningful functional progress, educating them about their conditions and partnering with them throughout the rehabilitation process to achieve long-term goals, Alaina builds relationships while guiding patients toward recovery.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from the University of Tennessee, graduating cum laude, and a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Lincoln Memorial University. Alaina is certified as a physician assistant (PA-C) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She joined KOC in 2026.
Alaina is involved in community service through her church and local outreach initiatives, including The Dream Connection. She values close relationships with her friends and family and enjoys being outdoors, exercising, reading and University of Tennessee athletics.
