Patients Can Now Self-Schedule Appointments with KOC Providers

Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic is making it even easier for patients to receive the care they need.

Scheduling an appointment used to mean calling the office, or submitting a request online and waiting for a call back to confirm.

Now, patients can self-schedule their own appointments directly through the KOC website from a desktop, laptop, mobile phone or tablet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Follow the prompts to answer a few questions, then choose a provider, office location, date, and time.

KOC is excited to offer this more convenient approach to help people get back to better health as quickly as possible. The online scheduling process only takes a few minutes!

Click on “Schedule an Appointment” in the upper right hand corner of the KOC website, or find the same button on any individual physician’s page to schedule an appointment with that provider.

Online self-scheduling can only be used for standard clinic visits and is not available for insurance types that require a referral, such as VA health care. Appointments for therapy, MRI, injections, workers’ compensation, procedures, and surgery must be made by calling the office.
