Matt has always had a passion for working with others. After graduating from Vassar College with a dual major in psychology and philosophy, he spent several years abroad as a corporate trainer. After coming back to the US, he found a job working with Livestrong. Here he provided rehabilitation services to cancer patients, which helped spark his love of medicine.
Matt earned his Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South College in Knoxville at the end of 2021 and joined the team at University Orthopedic Surgeons in 2022. Additionally in 2022, Matt earned his Doctorate in Medical Sciences from Butler University.
In his free time, Matt loves cooking, playing guitar, and spending time exploring Knoxville’s trails.
