Heather Gallagher, MS, ATC
At
an early age, Heather knew she wanted to be part of the medical profession.
Her college advisor suggested the field of athletic training, and from
day one she was hooked. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with
Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic and works with Farragut High School athletes.
“Working with patients gives you a connection to their recovery,” Heather says. “Nothing feels better than getting a person back to full health as quickly as possible.”
Heather earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology at the University of Oregon. Her Master of Science in Health and Human Performance, with a concentration in athletic training, is from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
Heather enjoys playing sports, listening to music, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
