Business NewsWelcome to Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic’s first E-Newsletter!We appreciate you providing us with your email address so that we might provide you with quarterly E-Newsletters that will keep you informed of what’s going on at KOC, what’s going on in our medical community and what’s going on in orthopedic medicine. Things are busy for us right now. Changes in our practice and in the health systems in our community present some challenges for the next few years.
Even with all of these projects, we know that our primary mission is taking care of our patients. We know that new facilities and conveniences will not be the key to providing the best care. Our Patient Satisfaction surveys tell us that patients have confidence in our physicians and have good experiences with our staff and we are pleased with these results. But we want to take things up a notch. We have begun an initiative with both our physicians and staff to heighten all of our awareness of good customer service. We know you have choices for your orthopedic care and we want you to choose us! I hope you’ll enjoy hearing from us occasionally. Better to hear from us than need our services!! Take care, Vanessa Draper |
